Note: Due to the constantly changing price of singles, we do not accept returns on single cards.

IMPORTANT: 

Some singles will CHANGE in price between you ordering them and us shipping them. If this occurs, we will contact you and let you know of price changes.

You are not buying the cards at Listed Price on our site, you are reserving it until we check its value and we will send you an email with updated prices ether if cards have gone up or down in value. (We just don't have the man power to change prices of thousands of cards evey day).
 
REFUND POLICY (Open & Used):
We do not give refund on OPEN games or on USED games. These are final sales.
We will give you a Credit for the amount to be used in store.

 

Shipping Policy

 

FREE SHIPPING VALID IN CANADA ONLY

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days following their successful payment. 

The following shipping times apply to all orders:

 

Canadian Orders

Regular Shipping: 2-9 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

 

International Orders

Regular Shipping: 5-21 business days

Registered Shipping: 4-10 business days

Chez Geeks is not reponsible for damaged shippments, if you get something damaged in the mail, contact the shipping company or local postal office near you who delivered the package and arrange something with them. When we ship, we ship the product well protected, but at borders they might be checked and damage during that process, this is not our fault and there is nothing we can do about this.

We are not responsible for lost packages.  You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Chez Geeks inc. within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.


Pre-Order Policy

All orders containing pre-order items (singles and product to be shipped upon a later release date) are charged upon checkout.  The initial price paid and charged will remain as such regardless of any increases or decreases in price prior to the release date.  No returns or refunds are accepted for pre-orders that have already been charged.

 
Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
